Getting started
- Create your account and confirm you can sign in from your main device.
- Open the TradeBluePrint strategy builder and map your first rule set.
- Run a backtest or paper workflow before making major changes to your strategy.
- Use the docs and help center when you need setup guidance or troubleshooting.
Account and security
- Use a unique password and update it regularly.
- Review active sessions in Settings and sign out old devices.
- Enable extra verification if prompted by suspicious activity.
- Delete your account any time from Settings.
Troubleshooting sign-in
- Make sure your email is verified and typo free.
- Clear cookies for setup.cash and try again.
- If you are locked out, contact support for a reset.
Privacy controls
- Everything is private by default until you switch it to public.
- Review social visibility, follow settings, and message permissions.
- Manage AI privacy mode in Settings to limit data exposure.

Billing disputes (unauthorized transactions)
If you do not recognize a Setup.Cash charge, use our dispute resolution page for unauthorized transactions. It explains what details to send, response timelines, and next steps.
Safety and reporting
- Report harassment, fraud, or unsafe behavior from the message menu.
- Never share passwords, full account numbers, or codes.
- Keep all sensitive conversations inside authenticated app surfaces.
