Getting started

  1. Create your account and confirm you can sign in from your main device.
  2. Open the TradeBluePrint strategy builder and map your first rule set.
  3. Run a backtest or paper workflow before making major changes to your strategy.
  4. Use the docs and help center when you need setup guidance or troubleshooting.

Account and security

  • Use a unique password and update it regularly.
  • Review active sessions in Settings and sign out old devices.
  • Enable extra verification if prompted by suspicious activity.
  • Delete your account any time from Settings.

Troubleshooting sign-in

  • Make sure your email is verified and typo free.
  • Clear cookies for setup.cash and try again.
  • If you are locked out, contact support for a reset.

Privacy controls

  • Everything is private by default until you switch it to public.
  • Review social visibility, follow settings, and message permissions.
  • Manage AI privacy mode in Settings to limit data exposure.

Billing disputes (unauthorized transactions)

If you do not recognize a Setup.Cash charge, use our dispute resolution page for unauthorized transactions. It explains what details to send, response timelines, and next steps.

Safety and reporting

  • Report harassment, fraud, or unsafe behavior from the message menu.
  • Never share passwords, full account numbers, or codes.
  • Keep all sensitive conversations inside authenticated app surfaces.
