  • No illegal content, impersonation, or data theft.

Accounts and eligibility

  • Provide accurate information and keep your login secure.
  • You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
  • Do not share credentials or create accounts on behalf of others.
  • We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.

Community content

  • You own your content, but grant us a license to host and display it.
  • Public content can be viewed by other users depending on your settings.
  • We can remove content that violates community or safety standards.
  • Report abuse or unsafe behavior using in-app tools.

Financial disclaimers

  • Setup.Cash is not a bank, lender, or financial advisor.
  • AI insights and tips are informational and may be incomplete.
  • You are responsible for decisions made using the platform.
  • Past performance or trends do not guarantee future results.
  • TradeBluePrint results are simulated only; we never execute real trades.

Payments and subscriptions

  • Paid plans and credits are billed through approved payment processors.
  • You are responsible for keeping payment details and billing access secure.
  • We may suspend paid access for fraud, chargeback abuse, or terms violations.
  • Refund and billing outcomes follow plan terms and processor policy.

Termination and changes

  • You can close your account at any time in Settings.
  • We can suspend or terminate access if the terms are violated.
  • We may update these terms and will post the new date here.

Liability limits

  • The service is provided as-is without warranties.
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
  • Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
