Something I keep relearning: going back through old trades without journalling notes is basically useless. You see the entry, you see the exit, and you have no idea what you were actually thinking. The chart doesn't record that you were rushing, or that you second-guessed the setup three times before clicking. That part lives in the notes, or it's just gone.
